Second, is difficult for professionals to study from a practical point of view: such as design, produce, etc, which is substituted by the theoretical studies from the aesthetic; and the artists who have extensive practical experience study it through their personal practice, which is lack of theoretical support and guidance. In this case, the advantage of art design subject is obvious. Therefore, the author, based on the analysis of aesthetic characteristics of Purple Clay Wares, the study will focus on the art design and practical point of view to explore the aesthetic objective nature and origin of Purple Clay Wares by combining some pictures. The paper will analyze focusing on the following aspects.Firstly, the study will explore the origins of aesthetic qualities of Purple Clay Wares by following the clue of the ancient scholars involved in making Purple Clay Wares. Purple Clay Wares has its'own unique aesthetic characteristics compared with others, which is kind of beauty of traditional and cultural, and the aesthetics of the Chinese culture spirit.Secondly, the study has used many ways to present the aesthetic qualities of Purple Clay Wares, such as icons, documents, pictures, design examples and so on. Taking the art technology as the main line and covering two aspects of function and art, the study has a deep analysis of the aesthetic characteristics of purple clay ware.Thirdly, these studies also analyzes the design value of purple clay wares by using relevant theory of art design, and integrate creation concept, materials and creative attitude of it to put forward their particular merits for contemporary design art, which are summarized in the study.In the history of Chinese ceramic, Purple Clay Wares is a kind of art technology which has a shortest developing time but attracted the most scholars involved.
