A Study Of The Inheritance Of The Traditional Culture Of Minorities From The Perspective Of Cultural Ecology

As a branch of ecology, cultural ecology is drawing more attention. Originally, it mainly studies the relationship between human culture and natural environment. However, the coadaptation among culture, society, politics, economy, mankind, and other factors has become an increasing concern. In the social science research, a new perspective that cultural studies have been conducted by the view and research method of the cultural ecology has emerged. It is a new attempt to apply the view and research of method of cultural ecology to the research of pedagogy.With the development of economic globalization and cultural diversification, some tradition cultures of minorities are being faced with unprecedented challenges. The impact of mainstream culture, the gap of the nation's cultural heritage by teenagers and a serious loss of national identity has made the inheritance of the traditional culture of the minorities become an important issue. As a mechanism of cultural inheritance , the school bears obligatory responsibilities.This thesis falls into six parts. The first chapter introduces the cultural ecology, the concept of minorities and the relationship between them. The second chapter studies the relationship between the inheritance of the traditional culture of the minorities and school education with a successful case to illustrate. The third chapter briefly introduces the traditional culture of the Mongolian, and expounds the actual implementation of the inheritance of the traditional culture of the minorities in the Mongolian secondary school in Huolinguole City. With regard to the disadvantages, the constructive suggestions have been given. The final chapter analyzes the predicament of inheriting the traditional culture of minorities and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
