In the field of organization and management, two important concepts, Organizational Identification and Organizational Commitment involving the psychological bonds between employees and their organizations have intrigued great interests of academe. In the past 50 years of development, Organizational Identification and Organizational Commitment both have gained great achievements in their respective field. However, scholars don't have great passions for the essential relation between the two concepts which is still ambiguous. If do, a few just describe it from the angles of definition and theorial model, and the corresponding positive study is nothingness, but the fruits from positive study will benefit both the academe and the practitioner to tackle the relation of the two concepts.The dissertation creatively extend the fields of Organizational Identification and Organizational Commitment to college, and make"college students school emotional commitment questionnaire"by applying literature review and survey. On the basis of it, the study explored the causality of the two concepts by Cross-Lagged Analysis and Theorem Validity Test. The main conclusions are as the following:First, the college students school emotional commitment questionnaire aimed for the college students contains 5 items and has good reliabilities and validities, meeting the requirements of Psychometric, which can be used in future study.Second, the effection of School Identification to the time-lagged School Emotional Commitment is greater than that of School Emotional Commitment to the time-lagged School Identification. So, School Identification is the predictor of School Emotional Commitment.Third, School Identification is the partially mediate variable between Student Relationship and School Emotional Commitment; and School Emotional Commitment is the partially mediate variable between School Identification and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. These conclusions provide a provement for"School Identification is the predictor of School Emotional Commitment".Fourth, there are some limitations which need further improvement in the study. Some suggestions are also given for the future study.
