A Brief Analyze On Li Zhi Spirit Of Independent Personality And Its Contemporary Value

China has entered into a full and deep social revolution time which is known for modernization with the all-round development of revolution and the establishment of socialist market mechanism. The practice of modernization asks for the foundation of value and ethical spirit and the relevant moral educational spirit and the organizational mechanism. However, there are no forms of moral education and practice in reality. What subordinate the organization of school is closed and single educational model which is based on the social structure. This kind of educational model is known for the neglect of opening and the value diversity, Inherent subject of moral education, the claims of autonomy and creativity from the society. So that it seems weak in explaining the social moral problems in reality, the shape of moral value to the youth. Therefore they can not play an important role in itself. Based on the spirit of independent personality, it is very necessary to learn from Li Zhi's moral Philosophy which is apparent in the foundation of independent personality, the respect for the moral autonomy of the students, the students'individuality by moral and ethical behavior. So that they can keep an independent personality in spirit.Li Zhi was famous pioneer for his emancipation movement in the late of Ming Dynasty, whose ideology is anti-feudal role, especially in the treatment of traditional Confucian ethics. Therefore it is named "Heretic in particular." From the "childish mind" which it means "selfish mind" subjective philosophy, he suggested that doctrine is not far from human, doctrine is connected with human. So that he broke the Monopoly status of Song and Ming Dynasty'philosophy which is known for "human and the doctrine", it confirmed the legal status of the desire for human in order to find out that why human beings is selfish. Accordingly, Li Zhi believes that the pursuit to material desires is a kind of natural rights and natural human pursuit. This paper holds that the pursuit of freedom and equality of Li Zhi ideological roots in the spirit of its independent personality and muster. His whole life was prepared for such kind of philosophy that is yield less, fearless elite, aloof autonomy, high and mighty independence. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part analyzes the root spirit of independent personality from Li Zhi. The main focus is social background in the late Ming dynasty, the motivation of Wang Yang Ming's Philosophy of mind, and the ideology's influence from Taoist and Buddhist. The independence spirit of germination is due to economic changes which eventually led to ideological liberation.The second part generalizes the content of independent personality from Li Zhi, analyses its characteristics, performance and the practice and points out that an independent personality with high spirit is a man with characteristics of high independence, freedom and equality personality characteristics. In economic life, one has to be self-sufficiency; in social life, he/she has to be self-respect along the individual freedom; in ideological culture, one has to respect others'choices and values.The third part summarizes the influence of high spirit with characteristics of high independence. Especially it is showed on the influence to the society and the literary trends.The forth part points out that the need of contemporary moral education to cultivate personal independence on order to establish fair and orderly moral education of students in the actual mechanism. The paper is mainly from four aspects as follows:firstly, the purpose of fostering personal independence and moral education; Secondly, a democratic concept of equality of moral education and teaching; thirdly, the embodiment of Practical teaching of moral education; fourthly, the pursuit of fair moral education standards.Part V connects the foundation of modern personality with the spirit of independent personality of Li Zhi. What Li Zhi advocated the spirit of independent personality is the innovative spirit of the modern personality, independent spirit and characteristics of freedom and equality. And a modern culture is the personality with creative, independent personality.
