Congregatio Immaculati Cordis Mariae (CICM) of Belgim's Missionary like Alfons Devos(德玉明)arrived at Yeke-Joo League in 1874. After that, Western Catholicism began to spread over there. Although missionaries did no efforts among Mongols, success of missions had been unremarkable. There were only twenty Mongolian saints after missionized over two decades. So, missionaries started to pay more attention to Han immigrants who settled down in Mongol banners, taking advantage of church's privileges and Mongol's weak consciousness on land, they hired or bought field. Missionaries enrolled a large amount of Han saints by protecting of church and renting field. In order to settled these new saints, church occupied plenty of land through all kinds of means. As a result of that, Mongol banners' grazing land had been lessen day after day. Contradiction between Yeke-Joo league's each Mongol banners and church became more and more sharp. Serious Missionary case which happened in Yeke-Joo League in 1900 had close interrelation with contradiction between Yeke-Joo's Mongol banners and church.Domestic and overseas scholars already studied a lot Missionary cases which happened in 1900. Predecessors studied it from macroscopic point of view, However, they didn't studied specific reasons, process and influences of the cases thoroughly. So the author of this paper mainly used Mongolian archives and related historical data, discoursed the missionary situation of Catholic church in modern time, Conflict between Yeke-Joo League's each Mongol banners and church, Cause and process and consequence and influence of Yeke-Joo league's Missionary case in 1900.
