With the social development, psychological problems of adolescents have become the focus of attention, the mental health problems of young people have been studied from different perspectives.This study tries to employ structural equation modeling approach, and examines whether social self-efficacy and self-disclosure serve as mediators between attachment and feeling of loneliness and depression. Participants were 284 high school students from Shandong province.The results showed:Social self-efficacy partial mediates the association between attachment anxiety and feeling of loneliness and depression; On the one hand attachment anxiety has a direct impact on loneliness and depression, on the other hand attachment anxiety plays an indirect effect on loneliness and depression through social self-efficacy. Self-disclosure partial mediates the association between attachment avoidance and feeling of loneliness and depression; On the one hand attachment avoidance has a direct impact on loneliness and depression, on the other hand attachment anxiety plays an indirect effect on loneliness and depression through self-disclosure.These results tell us when understanding the mental problems of adolescents it is necessary to consider attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance factor, and we should also focus on the influences of social self-efficacy and self-disclosure. This paper discussed the practice application for student's mental intervention and the prospects for future research.
