Under the background of the integration of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucian in Song dynasty, Qisong is a representative figure. he used the theoretical characteristics of Buddhism with longer in deciphering and philosophical speculation to participate in the core issue of Confucianism in the same period, It provides a special discourse to the interaction of Confusionism and Buddhism. Objectively, it effects the revival of Confucianism in Song dynasty, even has influence on the building of Neo-Confucianism.Qisong interpreted the Confucian classics in the way of buddism meaning. he explains the cheng-ming and zhong he of "zhong yong", not only for the common methodological meaning, but also enter into the realm of Taoist temple. he also combs the inner relationship of mind, human nature and principle. his thought of the debate on Principle and Material Force and his proposition of the Mind is the same as Principle all have corresponding on neo-confucianism. to discuss the relationship of human nature and human feelings, he surpassed the former to be restricted to judge good or evil on the moral level,it also benefits to the establishment of ontology for later Confucian of Song dynasty.
