As an important content of human nature, sexuality has also been an indispensable substance in literature. And the description of it is always changing with the further understanding of human nature. Writers in different countries have their own ideas about sexuality due to the differences in culture and ideology. In the world literature of the 20th century, the Lady Chatterley's Lover, written by the famous English writer David Herbert Lawrence, has caused a sensation because of unique descriptions of sexual mentality and actions, as a result it was not allowed to be published and sold until thirty years after Lawrence died. In fact, it reflects the process of liberation of human nature, and the study of the influences this novel has on Chinese literature and the development of Chinese literature in the 20th century conform to the process of liberation of human nature in China. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the relation between Lady Chatterley's Lover and Chinese literature especially those fictions about sexuality, investigating their varieties and interpreting the complicated relations between sexuality, literature, politics and social ideology. Along with the advance of liberation of human nature in China, fictions about sexuality and the whole literature have made a lot of achievements and become mature. Adopting the comparative means of studying influence, the thesis tries to conduct research in three aspects such as political subordinate discourse and feelings in life, use of discourse about country and town, the pursuit of love and narrative of desire.
