With the computer revolution of digital technology and cultural industries, prosperity, digital animation by the community as a new industry wide favor, making their "explosion" type development has also brought a huge demand for professionals, digital animation education in the short suddenly a few years time "warming." Boom there is talent behind the same "hidden", on the one hand, the traditional mode of education has been unable to adapt animation to meet the diverse needs of audiences and technological innovation as the point of modern digital animation production; the other hand, a large number of emerging disciplines, continued "inflation" numbers of students enrolled, making uneven teaching quality, professional characteristics and disciplinary neglect of the original conditions, curriculum chaos, teachers, equipment, hard-pressed. Digital Animation personnel training and social needs of serious dislocation, as an important bottleneck constraining industrial development. This should give full consideration to different types of digital animation industry professionals, the diversified needs of different levels of talent, considering the development of the local animation industry, the actual situation, according to the school curriculum and employment characteristics of the original, and the literacy level of students, professional edge resources and other factors to determine the direction of professional training.
