In the 21 st century,the rapid development of China’s economy has led to the rapid rise of the cultural industry.As a national key cultural industry,the animation industry has achieved significant results under the multiple drivers of policies,new media,consumer groups and capital.The key to industrial development lies in the training of talents.Only by implementing animation education and training high-quality animation talents can the animation industry continue to develop steadily.Under such circumstances,major universities are intensively opening animation majors and enrolling students extensively.However,in the pursuit of the number of animation professionals,the lack of quality has become a problem worthy of attention now.The annual talent gap for animation is still very large,which can meet the demand Only a few graduates have industry standards and needs.Behind this phenomenon is mainly caused by the immature development of animation education,which is mainly reflected in the lack of scientificity in talent training and curriculum setting,the lack of stamina of teachers,the observance of teaching methods and methods,and the backward resource allocation.In terms of animation professional talent training,developed countries have achieved excellent results and accumulated scientific and rich educational experience.By analyzing and comparing well-known art schools in the United States,a major animation industry,we can see that China ’s higher animation education is There are great differences in this aspect,which can give some effective suggestions and inspiration for the improvement of the training mode of animation professionals in China.Based on the current context,in order to further clarify the specific research content,the author narrowed the scope of the study and selected the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in China and the Pratt Institute in the United States as sample schools for comparative research.The levels and types of training are relatively similar,and they are all influential art schools in their country,which have certain comparability.Based on the current situation of the training of animation professionals in China and based on objective facts,this paper combs the Sichuan Province Academy of Fine Arts and Pratt Institute of Fine Arts on the training mode of undergraduate animation professionals,and combines the data obtained with questionnaires and interviews.Statistics and comparisons are made to compare the similarities and differences between the two institutions from the aspects of curriculum setting,teaching staff and teaching links,analyze the reasons for the differences,and from the reuse of traditional codes,the multiple shaping of individual characteristics,and decentralization.The four aspects of three-dimensional teaching and improving the teaching platform provide suggestions for the training mode of undergraduate animation professionals in China.The undergraduate animation professional talent training model of universities involves art education system engineering,and its construction and reform should strive for precise positioning,pay attention to science,pay attention to application and scientific effectiveness.The author is not familiar with the subject,and the depth and breadth of this research is not thorough enough.There are many deficiencies in the views in this article.The related discussions have yet to be explored.I hope that I can contribute to the development of the undergraduate animation professional training mode in China.
