Wim Wenders was one of the representatives of "New German Cinema movement" in the 1970s. He together with Fassbinder, Shilongduofu, Herzog was called one of the " Germany's new movie The Four." Among them, Wim Wenders was a director with distinctive features of the art. He recorded time with his camera and recorded his generation on the true state of survival with the philosophies he accepted and particular film languages. Which gave inspiration and thinking to the world.The paper elaborates Wim Wenders's achievements in terms of films. First, we overview Wim Wenders's experience on the film. His 4 decades film-making time can be divided into four phases. The first stage is in the 1970s which is known as the beginning period. The second stage is in the 1980s which is called the harvest period. The third stage is in the the 1990s which is named the turning point. The fourth stage is the extension phase since the 21st century. During his film-making experience, we focus on the content of his film and have a perceptual knowledge of his film style. Second, interpret the world acknowledge of Wim Wenders in two ways. On the one hand, he gains a favor in the world's authoritative film festivals, on the other hand, he receives recognition and encouragement from a variety of film festivals or comments Associations.This paper discusses the ideological content of Wim Wenders's films. First of all, we explore ideological content of Wim Wenders's films by the combination of philosophy which is accepted through Wim Wenders's grown-up experience and by analyzing the film itself and movie characters .Second, we interpret detailedly Wim Wenders's film from series of characters which can be divided into two different genders: male and female. Typical types of men: those who is autistic and alien, whose soul is wandering, who are awaken to the truth suddenly; typical type of women: saviors. All of Wim Wenders's film characters can convey the Existentialism Philosophy which Wenders accept. So the ideological content of his film deeply embodied Sartre's existential philosophy of "Everyone are free to choose, the world is absurd, life is painful ".This paper discusses the Wim Wenders's films language. In this section, first, we analyse his film visual language. Wim Wenders's visual language has distinctive features in three aspects. The first is his unique perspective which can be divided into two kinds of viewpoints: ordinary people's and angels's. Second, the distinctive features, focus on props and action figures. Third, color and light, focusing on psychological characterization reflect the movie thought. Secondly, the analysis of Wim Wenders's films hearing language. Wim Wenders's films hearing language Consists of two unique language. One use of sound, both breaking the picture plane, makes three-dimensional image rendering, so the screen in the world is full of infinite space and infinite vitality extension, but also conveys the artistic charm of the performance function. Second, the integration of rock and roll, because of its avant garde, vanguard and rebellious spirit of the essence of the world's penetration and keen insight, fit to be his performance in the film world existential absurdity of life's hardships, and freedom Select ideas.In the paper, we examine the reasons of Wim Wenders's great achievements . That is not only his personal factors, but also opportunities from the community. Among personal factors, his interests in film and photography play a meritorious role, however the practices of writing film and music critics make his films possess the rational style of Germany. In terms of social factors, the loose educational environment, support of state-owned enterprises and positive atmosphere for the film market give Wim Wenders many opportunities to develop his own style. They eliminate the economic worries for Wim Wenders and have his films recognized and encouraged.
