That time, a special painting genre, Ruled Painting, is famous with its realistic copy, arts use engineer tools to create and imitate real scale of objects, record even vivid detail. These images focus on architecture, contain abundant buildings, cities and gardens, they provide valuable information to recur previous scene. One thing to keep in mind is Ruled Painting is art, not for architecture design, so, the study should not limit to building views. Once introduce times and space environment, to consider entities which impact Ruled painting style, technique, content, author, and so on, a treasure house will open in front of us, we find opportunity to dig architecture culture as well as art value, history value and social value.This thesis selects view of Confucian culture, which is unavoidable to study Chinese traditional aspects, including architecture, and explores from views of Tradition of Shi culture, civilian culture, religious culture, which have tremendous influence on Ruled Painting, to dig information from Ruled Painting. Systematically analyses how these four kinds of cultures impact Ruled Painting during the Song dynasty, at last, draw the conclusion for the architecture culture.
