This study expounds the status of Northeastern University undergraduates'psychological health, analyzes the psychological abnormity causation and puts forward the countermeasure of higher educational management of Northeastern University undergraduates'psychological health. The productions have theoretic and current significance for Northeastern University undergraduates'psychological health education.This thesis composes six parts. Chapter one:introduction. It expounds the significance, the train of thought, the method, the innovation and correlation study summarizing. Chapter two:the summary of the undergraduates'psychological health and the study of the countermeasure of educational management. It includes the definition of the basic concepts, the statement of the relation between undergraduates'psychological health and educational management, and the statement of the content of educational management which can promote the undergraduates'psychological health. Chapter three:the investigation of the status of Northeastern University undergraduates'psychological health. The result of the investigation of Northeastern University undergraduates shows that approximately 21.3 percent of Northeastern University undergraduates have psychological health problem. Psychological abnormity phenomena are mainly interpersonal sensitivity and Obsessive-Compulsive. The characteristics of psychological abnormity phenomenon are different in gender, grade and major. Chapter four:the analysis of the factors of affecting Northeastern University undergraduates'psychological health. The factors include the undergraduate's self, the family, the school and the society. In these factors, the undergraduate's self is the most outstanding factor. Chapter five:the countermeasure of educational management of Northeastern University undergraduates'psychological health. From the cognition of the education of undergraduates'psychological health, the leading setup, the teachers, the effective means, and the environment of the campus, it discusses the countermeasure. Chapter six:conclusion.In this study, the method of literature, the method of questionnaire and the method of statistics are used. The innovation points are the analysis of the factors of affecting Northeastern University undergraduates'psychological health from experience, emotion, character, endurance of setbacks and interest in major.
