Since the concept of Positive Psychological Capital (Psychological Capital in short) was introduced by Luthans and Yousset, psychology, education and management researchers have started paying attention to individuals’ positive psychology and positive trait which includes love, optimism, hope, happiness, resiliency, zone, blessedness and other important terms. Psychological capital has also been noticed and focused by psychology researchers.Psychological Capital refers to the key psychological elements contained within individuals’ ordinal motives。 including the motivation of individual psychology and behaviors, individual advantages, psychological conditions required by organization environment, excellent self-realization and self-assessment. Psychological capital includes four elements, which are self-efficacy, resiliency, hope and optimism. In addition, these four elements can be cultivated and developed.Positive psychological capital for university students is a key competitive advantage in the workplace of the future. Furthermore, it is an important psychological necessity, which can be possessed and improved through receiving training, education, cultivation and management. The research of this paper aims to explore the structures of university students’ psychological capital by targeting students studying at Inner Mongolia Normal University as our study sample group. The author has testified the validity and reliability of the questionnaire results used in this study, and then evaluated four elements that are used in analyzing positive psychological capital associated with corporate employees. The result shows that the questionnaire used in this paper is relevant to use in terms of testing university students (αOverall=0.877, αself-efficacy=0.797,αhope=0.804,αresiliency=0.844aoptimism=0.674).The author has designed a psychology and health education program for university students based on the results found in the study, which comprises of activities in the development process, like "the Confidence of Success"," Coming Over"," Message left on your back"," Compliment and Being Complimented","Showing and Being Flexible","Recovering and Overcoming". Additionally, the author has adopted the research method of comparing "before" and "after" on the same sample group, and has also utilized survey and psychological test to conduct this study. The "before and after" result illustrates the overall psychological capital and these four psychological elements show an obvious difference that these factors have increased significantly compared to before.The study outcome indicates that psychology and health education program is an effective tool and method that assists university students to improve their psychological capital. The experimental samples have reported a positive feedback after conducting the program, which is consistent with expectations. Therefore, the program designed by the study is valid to improve psychological capital in the areas of health and education settings for university students.
