The Research On The Intervene Of The Suicide Psychological Crisis Of The Young Officers And Soldiers In The Armed Forces

The young officials and soldiers of the Armed Police are in their important period of becoming mature and useful, and they are weak in adaptability, connoisseurship and self-control ability. They will probably get some psychological problems when they are facing complex tasks and social environment. In recent years, the young officers and soldiers'suicide problem caused by the psychological problems and psychological disease has become one of the factors that affects the safety and stability of the Armed Police. To adapt and intervene the officials and the soldiers'psychological problem and give them a sound personality and mental health relates to not only the individual development and maturity, but also the generation and enhancement of the Armed Police's fighting capability.Based on the above viewpoint, this thesis deeply studied and discussed the young officials and soldiers'suicide psychological crisis and their solving strategy. It firstly reviewed the related theories and techniques on suicide and crisis intervene, and then, it proposed the suicide psychological intervene mode that was adopted by this thesis and taken as the theoretical bases of it. Secondly, via analyzing 21 suicides and attempted suicides happened in a certain unit from 1983 to 2007, this thesis deeply discussed the features and patterns, the impact factors and the psychical process of officials and soldiers'suicides. Meanwhile, this thesis multi analyzed the sources, the causes, the behalves, the characteristics and its possible results. It expounded and proved the feasibility of psychological crisis intervene towards the young officials and soldiers'suicide cases. Thirdly, combining with the reality of the Armed Police, the thesis studied and analyzed the present methods and the existing problems and causes of suicide psychological crisis intervene for the Armed Police's young officials and soldiers; fourthly, on the bases of the above studies, it put forward some concrete countermeasures for the suicide psychological crisis intervene towards the Armed Police's young officials and soldiers, which includes the objectives, principles, systematic modes, methods, procedures and running mechanism of the suicide psychological crisis intervene towards the Armed Police's young officials and soldiers. Lastly, this thesis verified the study results by combining an actual case.
