A Research On The Relationship Among Armed Police Officers And Soldiers' Obedient Attitude And Psychological Control Source

In a military context, obedient attitude which means the member groups inaccordance with the specification requirements or authoritative command and actionhold with evaluation of the internal psychological and behavior tendency. Subordinateattitudes as the troops necessary quality, it is affected by many factors, it reflects theindividual differences. In this study, obedience attitude of the troops from apsychological point of view of theoretical and empirical research, obedient attitude ofmeaning, structure, current status, characteristics and influencing factors werediscussed.In this study, put forward primarily structure of the People's Armed Police officersand soldiers' obedient attitude basing on literature review, open investigation andexperts' advice. According to the result of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatoryfactor analysis, determined the structure of obedient attitude, designed questionnaire onobedient attitude of Armed Police officers and soldiers and test its reliability andvalidity from many quotas. In addition, it examines the status and characteristics of theattitude of armed police officers to obey, and of obedience to the relationship betweenattitudes and locus of control. The conclusion of this study as follows:(1) The armed police officers and soldiers' obedience attitude is amulti-dimensional structural system, including the positive perception, positiveemotions, positive behavior, negative coping.(2) The self-made questionnaire of armed police officers and soldiers' obedienceattitude has good reliability and validity, in line with the requirements ofpsychometrics, a measurement tools can be used as research.(3) The armed police officers and soldiers to obey the attitude as a whole in themiddle and upper levels. Different gender, origin, military service, rank, educationlevel of officers and men of varying degrees of attitude obey a significant difference. (4) Locus of control and obedience attitude exists a significant positive correlation,among them, the internal control factors and forces others factors and obedienceattitude regression equation.(5) Psychological control of the source of the internal control factor certainprediction, to obey the attitude is positive cognitive and positive emotions indirectlyaffect conformity attitude.
