Job satisfaction is an important research topics in the field of psychology,the armed police soldier’s job satisfaction to the construction development of armed police force and complete all tasks effectively is of great significance.Previous studies have indicated that the leadership behavior is an important factors that affect job satisfaction,the current research on the leadership behavior and job satisfaction is abundant,but less research make military soldiers as the objects,and explore the relationship between leadership behavior and job satisfaction.Some researchers think that psychological authorization in the relationship between leadership behavior and consequence variables is a regulation factor,so whether psychological authorization has regulation effect in the relationship between leadership behavior and job satisfaction is worth testing.In this background,this research mainly based on the theory of leadership behavior,psychological authorization and the theory of job satisfaction,the study has used leadership behavior scale,psychological authorization scale and armed police job satisfaction scale for 391 soldiers from zunyi,bijie,guiyang,anshun in Guizhou Province,using SPSS statistical software,made the descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis,hierarchical regression analysis and other statistical techniques,discussed how the military police officers leadership behavior influenced job satisfaction,and the regulation effect of psychological authorization.The results showed that:(1)Armed police’ perception of leadership behavior in education degree,age,length of military service,position has significant differnces;(2)Armed police ’ psychological authorization in education degree,age,length of military service,position has significant differnces;(3)Armed police’ job satisfaction in education degree,age,position,family register,marital status has significant differnces;(4)The soldiers’ perception of leadership behavior has significant positively influence on job satisfaction,that is the higher the perception of leadership behavior,the higher the job satisfaction of armed police.(5)The armed police psychological authorization has regulate the relationship between leadership behavior and job satisfaction positively,that is the higher level of the armed police’ psychological authorization,the relationship between leadership behavior and job satisfaction is more significant;Finally,this study has discussed the limitations and future research directions of the research.
