The importance of reading in language learning is self evident, so it is a very important topic in Second Language Teaching that how to provide appropriately difficult reading materials. Readability links the text's difficulty to reader's level. So-called Readability is the degree and nature of how easy of the reading and understanding, which is an important concept in Applied Linguistics. Readability Formula is a way to measure the difficulty of the materials, i.e. Readability, by quantitative. The purpose of the thesis is to explore the influence factors of the Readability of Chinese materials so as to fit a Modern Chinese Material Readability Formula according to corpus that based on computer self-fulfilling, face to the foreigner students who learn Chinese.In reviewing the papers on the basis of previous studies, the thesis make theoretical analysis on the influence factors of the materials'difficulty, and investigate the influence factors and the effects of the influence on Chinese material through Questionnaire Survey, then calculate the Weigh Coefficient of each influence factors. On the other hand, based on the objective data, the quantity relationship has been built between sentence difficulty and Chinese character and word difficulty through CRITIC Weigh Method, and then check the validity of the quantity relationship by Correlation. Fitting the Readability Formula by Multiple Linear Regression, we finally test the Fitting Optimization Level, Significance of the Regression, and the Significance of the Regression Coefficient. The thesis is of certain value in the fields such as reading teaching reformation, text material composition, reading test material choice etc.
