Transfer is an important phenomenon in the teaching process, well studied both in pedagogical psychology and in Second Language Acquisition. Difference in languages itself and influence in the learning process based on multi-inter languages not only show the unique principles of psychology, but also reflect the linguistic characteristics of second language acquisition. The paper focuses on the following questions: 1. what's the relationship of transfer happening among the multi-inter languages? 2. What are the feature and principles of transfer in the process of teaching? 3. What can we learn from the study and what to do in the teaching practice? With the methods of literature review and logical deduction, the author tries to conclude the feature of transfer phenomena in the multi-inter languages teaching by the qualitative research. The foundation on the long time teaching record, the study on the different teaching process and result between Chinese and Spanish students, and the analysis of software Audio Recorder Deluxe help to fulfill the purpose. The discussion and conclusion on the language transfer in the multi-inter languages teaching, not only solve the problems in the phonetics teaching, but also offer more valuable experience and knowledge on the third language acquisition and foreign language teaching.
