By analyzing the basic characteristics of modern ceramic art language, emotional characteristics, aesthetic characteristics, as well as their access to public environment, it explores the development and living space of the public environment ceramic. Simultaneously, the combination of environment ceramic and science technology is elaborated mainly, the view is analyzed that the development of science and technology provide a better conditions for the realization of the public environment.The innovation of this article is to put forward Shaolian aesthetics separately, summarize the traditional vocabulary of environment ceramic art,and interpretates mainly the space applications of the environmental ceramics,what's more the important role in improving the education, entertainment, releasing the pressure in the modern. It is another important innovation of the article to express the people and culture which the ceramics have established.The language of the modern environment is based on the different aesthetics,through the analysis of a variety of decorative language, try to explore the different decorative languages, to enrich the form of decoration language.The pleasure among the human relations and so on in the cultural values. A Chinese culture pays attention to inspiration from experience rather than rational analysis. More structural analysis should be injected into modern environment ceramic art, rationality and logicality should be displayed. Potters need to strengthen self-confidence and establish their own evaluation system gradually.Diversification of social existence is an important characteristic of contemporary society, for environment ceramic, how to adapt to the times, base itself on the nation and blend itself into public space, and highlight local geographical and cultural identity will be a very prominent problem.
