Research On The Policy Of Chinese Movie Industry Since 20c 90's

In 1990s,great changes took place in China, especially in the field of society and economy. The deep revolution of politic and economy system,and the foundation of the socialism market economy system have influenced Chinese politic and economy totally. In the film industry, as a pillar of culture industry, and the revolution is deepest and the policy is the most open.Meanwhile,because of the unique nature of ideology, it is very important for our government to manage the film industry so as to maintain its commercial function for developing it deeply and also keep a right direction to maintain its use for politic propaganda and art expression.Since the revolution for the issuance system of film in 1993,Chinese film is on the way to its industrialization. During this period, the managing department of Chinese film posted many policies frequently, loosing step by step.These measures created a better surrounding and lowered the risk for making a film,also was active to bring the prosperity of Chinese film.This essay stands in the angle of politics management. Firstly, it induces the movie regulatory policy'development into two times which on the basis of combing the situation from historical and present.Then, it divides the Chinese movie policy into several aspects from the horizontal analysis which are administration,the trade management, the social and the investment management and so on. And through analyzing the achievements came from the change of the content system,summarizing four rules of China movie policy' evolution:1.policy idea:change from random groping to 1+1>2;2.policy direction:transform low level into high level;3.policy style:convert "red tape" into law framework.Third, based on the development history and actuality of the management policy since 90s,thie topic will find out several existing problems,then put forward the suggestions accordingly:a. perfecting decision-making mechanism of movie industry policy in China,improving the policy decision of movie industry from a decision-making mechanism level;b.establishing a systematic and scientific movie industry management policy;c.building tracking and evaluation system of movie industry management policy.
