Research On The Contents Of The Organization Policy Of Chinese Movie Industry Since The Reform And Opening-up Policy

The development of China movie industry requires government’s macro-control. From Reform and Opening-Up Policy on, for over30years, although earth-shaking changes have taken place on China movie industry, government, because of the particularity itself, always have positive intervention on it in all respects, which include the making of various policies, to ensure the balanced, healthy and quickly development of movie industry,, for the rational allocation of related resources in movie industry. The organization policy of China movie industry is powerful policy support and System guarantee for the developed continuously of China movie industry. Because of the rapid development of movie industry and the relatively delayed design and implementation of related policies, organization policies of movie industry have some delay effect. Through the study of30years relevant parts, even the change tendency, of organization policy of China movie industry, the induction of the feature and laws of government’s market interventions, the comprehensive deep analysation, The target of this text is to bring up constructive suggestions and provide theory resources for further promote the development of China movie industry.This thesis is concerned with contents of organization politics of China movie industry, and it mainly analyzes the following four aspects:Firstly, it analyzed the development process of organization policies of China movie industry of recently30years systematically, and induced it into three phases. Then, it analyses3aspects of organization policy of China movie industry, which include industrial regulation, industrial acquisition&collaboration and supporting of the development of the small and medium size firms, in detail. Of these, this thesis made a deep and thorough study on the contents of industrial regulation, especially the censorship and the industrial operational regulation. Thirdly, through the longitudinal and transverse comparison, this thesis has concluded and summarized the shortcomings of these policies, which include the backward of states’means of intervention and related conceptions to movie industrial organization, incomplete related organization policy of China movie industry, the missing of some needed policies. Finally, this thesis, depending on the shortcomings of organization policy of China movie industry, proposes some advices:to ascertain movie’s orientation, to transform government’s conceptions and functions to movie industry; to establish systematic and scientific organization policy of China movie industry, to perfect related laws and fill the gap.
