Art Design Study On The Basic Necessities Of The Traditional Hezhe

As one of the ethnic minority group, Hezhe,has increasingly been studied on its historical and cultural development and produced satisfactory achievements,gradually becoming an focus of the comprehensive research on its traditional art design of basic necessities of life which provides the supplement and reference to the study of its traditional art design.Through the application of historical data, fieldwork and interdisciplinary, discussions in terms of its costume, tableware, house, vehicle, and analyses in its formation, modeling and aesthetic character have been made,which elicits the form,development, modeling character, and aesthetic implications in Hezhen art design of its basic necessities, and which is also advantageous for the inheritance of the culture,as well as complementary to the study of plastic arts.Through the comprehensive study of natural and social environment, we analyze Hezhe in the interdisciplinary way in terms of its geography, natural resources,custom,religion, and other effects acted which affect its basic necessities,and come to the conclusion:costume art is effected by the composition of all the facts above;tableware's effected by natural resources and other factors;houses are effected the most by the composition of all effects above;vehicle's effected by geography and natural resources.The conclusion that the form and development of Hezhen art design is the composition of all effects acted together provides us a fundamental for study of the plastic art from Hezhen basic necessities.For the study on the modeling art character the paper employs analysis-synthesis and inductive-deductive methods to analyze basic necessities in terms of the material,decoration, shape and structure of Hezhen traditional art design, from which we conclude that the costume is humanization, reasonable-shaped, natural material-selected and decoration abundant;tableware's simple-structured, reasonable shaped, natural material-selected and decoration craftsmanlike;house's morphologic, simple-structured, local material-selected and less decorated;vhicle's natural material-selected, ingenious-shaped, simple-configured and less decorated.These conclusions provide directions for the study of aesthetic connotation of traditional Hezhen basic necessities.Through the study of the key factors of modeling art design and the analysis of design aesthetic implication of Hezhe's basic necessities in terms of the structure,configuration, material and decoration, we come to the conclusions of Hezhe's aesthetics which conveys the excellence of utilitarian,operational convenience,cognitive recognition, emotional amenity, original Instinct, unvarnished naturalness,technical wisdom and religionary customs.
