Along with our country Internet's swift development as well as network population's unceasing increase, the network language is getting bigger and bigger to the social language life's positive influence, but presented many information trash, to impact our country tradition ethics culture constitution, affects our country standard Chinese the popularization. The dispersion false political information serious influence national security, on-line pornography, the cheat, the slander and so on serious influence social order and young people's healthy development and so on. These questions has caused government and student guardian, teacher, phonetician widespread attention.This article has analyzed the current network language management main body, the object, the basic content and the network language management necessity, the present situation, pointed out that the current network language management exist the questions and analyzes the reason which the problems produces, proposed that the network language management should follow the scientific principle, the moderate principle and the being established by usage principle. I propose the management countermeasure from the law, the technology, the person three angles separately. But the network language management is a item extremely complex, arduous and the long-term duty. Any management countermeasure can only play certain role, but cannot solve the problem which appears in the network language completely. Regardless of through the legal means, the technological means or the moral enlightenment and the self-restraint, each mean has certain limitation, cannot be effective 100%. Therefore, the network language management should be one kind of integrated management, should establish an integrated management frame in the management pattern's choice, the comprehensive law, the policy, the technology, ethics and so on many kinds of management tools, cause them to coordinate mutually, only like this then can realize finally to the network and the network language effective management, establishes the non-pollution, the non-noise internet space truly, can also display fully the network function, can bring a healthy and order the network exchange environment for the human society.
