Police is a national armed enforcement profession which aimed to maintain social order, punish crime and secure the country. Police is always considered as one of the most dangerous professions in the world which is also under the highest level of stress. Considerable method of stress coping is good for physical and mental health of police, and it can also help police to maintain normal level of cognitive and behavior performance. Researchers always concentrate on police mental stress and its coping methods; however, most existed researches on police stress are based on daily work experience. These is few positive evidence supported these results. Also, there is some little flaw in those rare existed empirical research which makes their results unreliable. This research try to use solid empirical research method to investigate the effect of VMBR (Visuo-motor Behavior Rehearsal) on police under stress, and the interaction between VMBR training and different stress level. This research use 2×2 factorial design in the experiment, considered stress level as factor A and VMBR training as factor B, live-fire shooting score of the polices is the dependent variable and tested by variance analysis. The result showed that:1. VMBR training significantly improves the shooting score of polices.2. The shooting score of polices under different levels of stress doesn't show significantly differences.3. There's no interaction between VMBR training and stress level.
