Study On The Present Situation,Causes And Coping Strategies Of The Police Work Stress

Pressure is closely related to people's physical and mental health,in their daily work,life,stress is everywhere.With the development of social and psychological stress faced by workers in all walks of increasing stress more and more complex,the pressure has become more and more prominent.When accumulated to a certain degree of psychological stress,will not only have an impact on individual physical and mental health also affects family relationships,job performance,but will also affect the development of collective and social.Police working in grassroots police stations,is to maintain public safety and first-line combat team,due to the special nature of its work,and they are under great psychological pressure,high pressure groups.Long-term exposure to stressful condition,will cause damage to the basic-level policemen's own health,induced by various diseases and reduced efficiency,lead to family conflicts,also have a direct impact on the social image of the police,damaged relations to public safety and security.Therefore,the study of basic-level policemen working pressure is of great significance.Using semi-structured interviews with 20 of basic-level policemen investigating the following conclusions:1.Work pressures exist in three police in a city in Heilongjiang province.2.Different posts,level,age and gender of the civilian police on the pressure of work were markedly different.3.The common work of basic-level policemen now stress analysis,work stress factors of the formation can be divided into personal,nature of work,organizational factors,social factors,as well as a number of other factors.4.Through analyses of the information collected in the interviews,on a personal level,job level,social level,organization level,respectively,and offer a summary and put forward feasible suggestions to effectively relieve the pressure of work of basic-level policemen.
