| As an important historical writing for studying the Western Han Dynasty, "Han Shu" had a lot of dating and record calendar sexagenary cycle, which provided a more accurate information to determine the exact time of historical events in the Western Han Dynasty, also provided a wealth of information for studying the calendar of the Western Han Dynasty. For various reasons, some of these datings and record calendar saxagenary cycles included a small number of errors, which caused a certain degree of troubles. This article examines 210 years of record calendar saxagenary cycle from 2nd year of Gaozu emperor to 5th year of Pingdi emperor in "Han Shu", and criticizes 134 cases of irregularities in "3500 years of calendar and astronomical phenomenas". In the process of research, this article makes full use of calendar and saxagenary cycle seen in "Han Shu" and bamboo strips unearthed, analyses and identifies carefully to find out the reasons causing wrong and revise them. Generally speaking, those were different from "calendar and astronomical phenomenas" often were also the suspect ones in "Shi JI" and "Han Shu", or the ones in a book which had discrepancies between front and back. |
