With the social and economic development, democracy and enhanced awareness, leisure is also no longer be considered to be some people's patents, but each person should enjoy the human rights. It's important to people's physical, psychological,, social development. And leisure education caused the society for its importance to quality of life of individuals and the social significance. Because psychological barrier and social obstacles caused by physical disability, there is certain influence on leisure among children with visual impairment. Leisure education can improve their psychological barrier, their physical and social development, can make them recognize the rights to seek leisure and seek access to resources, enhance self-advocacy, self-fulfillment capabilities. There's no curriculum on leisure education in blind school, so leisure education is actualized through each discipline, lacking of systemic and technical leisure education. In the family, community activities, leisure is considered a sideline, its purpose has not been fully understood, It's necessary to cause parents' attention to importance on children' family and community leisure activities through the progress of leisure education. In real life, the researcher discovered that leisure activities after school of children with visual impairment are single, mostly static. And some feel bored, and there exist major conflict between the ideal and the actual choices of employment. So leisure education is conducive to enriching their leisure life, to solve the problems faced in their lives, so as to provide space to enhance the quality of life. Existed leisure education model has been the higher-priority set the leisure education content during implementing, let the case with educated match the demand, so flexibility on meeting educated' needs should be strengthened. And the patterns are mostly used for school education, so to the educated as the center and from school education to families, communities, leisure education calls for a kind of ecological trend of leisure education mode.The case study method is used in this study, on the basis of access and analysis of domestic and international recreation and leisure education relevant literature, in-depth research the case's leisure status and needs (the needs of individuals and families, community needs), development and implement ecology leisure education model on children with visual impairment; to assess effectiveness of ecology leisure education model; Based on the findings for advancing the important matter, the problem and the advice on the development and implementation of visually impaired children in ecology leisure education model on children with visual impairment. The aim is to develop and implement eco-leisure education model on children with visual impairment, on basis of in-depth realizing case's leisure status, relying on case studies in order to complete this model. To explore the influence on leisure literacy (leisure cognitive, interpersonal activities, leisure skills, self-determination, self-awareness, leisure ethics) to children with visual impairment, thus authenticate the validity of the model to have some meaning for their community and family leisure education.The results of this study showed that: (1) cases under the eco-leisure education model has plentiful and substantial harvest; (2) The core of eco-leisure education model are content to life and in case's power; (3) Eco-leisure education model emphasize integrity and diversification of assessment; (4)Eco-leisure education model emphasizes the final realization of self-support; (5)The necessary condition to the success of the model is to seek the cooperation of the family; (6)The guarantee to effects of the model is encouragement, guide, praise.Finally, this study put forward recommendations, weakness, and future research towards the study objects, methods, content, and partners.
