| Vocal performance is a comprehensive art, which is made up by vocal work provided by creator,singing actor and audience at particular place and occasion. In the process of vocal performance, singing actor transmits melodic word mainly through sound, but sound as the only carrier can't carry out the deep communication between the actor and audience and the aesthetic purpose for the audience. So, emotion expression of the actor for the vocal work is very important in the vocal performance, and only when you assure the emotion expression of music, you can avoid the phenomenon of'singing for the sound'. In the vocal performance, there are many skills and rules to assure the emotion expression, but you need to deal with it in the different ways for the different work because the intrinsic information of the different vocal work from the creator is different and what is intended to transmit to the audience is also different.
