Strategic Analysis To The Development Of Software Industry In Guangdong Province

This thesis analyses the development of software industry in Guangdong province.Firstly, this thesis introduces the development of software industry in China and its contribution to Chinese economy, and forecasts future development of software industry through the character of software technology and industry.Secondly, through the analysis to the actuality of software industry in Guangdong province, this thesis discusses the necessity and feasibility that Guangdong province must develop software industry. Based on it, this thesis analyses and evaluates the strategic position and objectives at present in Guangdong province, and makes advice. The author considers that cooperative development strategy can be a start point when software industry is developed in Guangdong province. Then this thesis introduces the cooperate means which can be chosen.At the final, this thesis discusses two major cooperate means: cooperative innovation and strategic alliance, and introduces in detail 3 successful cases of 3 software enterprises in Guangdong province.
