Study On The Supervision System Of Software Engineering Construction And The Influence Of Software Industry

With the development of the information technology, information industry has already seeped through each section of the national economy, and it brings into play more and more important function in the national economy. Information industry has already become an important index that measures a national comprehensive national strength. But the most core section in the information industry is the software industry in which many problems are existed. The mostly problem is the software crisis due to the software engineering bad management. In order to solve the problem appearing in the software development, the mechanism of supervision must be introduced in the software engineering construction. The supervision system of software engineering provides the guarantee for the quality ,the degree of progress and benefit of the software engineering, at the same time which produces the aggressive influence to our software industry so much as the whole development of information industry. Firstly the connotation of supervision system of software engineering is defined, then the problems of supervision industry construction and management are studied; the main contents,methods and gist of the supervision software are discussed. On this foundation, the paper mainly studies the software industry influence and the management means of the supervision of software engineering is discussed to Tangshan from the point of the industrial management. The results as follows: (1) The necessity and pressing of the development of software engineering supervision are indicated firstly. Then the thesis elaborates the development history of software industry and the domestic and international status quo of the software industry and the supervision of software engineering, which express that the supervision of software engineering is a new-born thing, which begins to be concerned. (2) The thesis expatiates on the supervision system construction of software engineering and the modes and contents of supervision. In this part, the basal frame of the supervision system includes a system and two lays, that is to say that organization and laws come into being a system and two lays include the social supervision and government supervision. The content of supervision mainly includes the contents of average phases in the process of software engineering. In this part, the quality, degree of progress of the software engineering and benefit of the engineering are studied by the way of quantitative analysis. (3) The thesis studies the industry management of the supervision, and points out the qualified management and organizational mode of the supervision industry and the fee of supervision and so on. (4) Firstly the paper studies that the supervision has effect on the marketing structure of software industry by the theories of industry organization (S-C-P), then studies that the supervision has effect on the marketing conduct, at last studies that the supervision has effect on the marketing performance. In the last part, some suggestions about Tangshan developing the supervision are brought forward, only which are reference to the information sections.
