| This research discusses the developing strategy of Chinese Software Industry. Using Porter's Diamonds Framework, that is the factors influence an industry includes generative factors, demand factors, related and supporting industries, the structure, strategies and competitive conditions of enterprises, government and opportunities as a starting point, this thesis analyzes Chinese software industry using Porter's Diamonds Framework and concludes that our software industry is very poor, which indicates the industry has great potential and wide expansibility.After summarizes the successful experience of India Software Industry and uses it for reference, the last part of this paper puts forward some countermeasures to developing Chinese Software Industry, which specifically focusing on: Creating favorable policy environment, creating supporting system and marketable mechanism of venture investing, creating technical innovation system in order to expand software market, optimizing software industry base construction, exploiting human resource, and consummating medi-information service system, basic network establishments. |
