In the first part of this paper, it introduces the history and actuality of MK Electric Ltd, and in detail, it provides description of evolution of MK system sales and service from end of ?7 to end of ?8.In the second part of the paper, with the GAP theory of service marketing, the SWOT theory and STP theory of marketing it analyzes the case in depth; it makes conclusion that the measure Mk made to improve the market positioning and service system&standard have took the key effect in getting out of trouble. Author also provides his idea of the system sales in the coming three years.
