Study On Circulation Of Rural Land

Land system is the crux of the rural economy, and deployment of land circulation by market is the positive selection to consummate the present land system. Starting with the analysis of the existing state and problems, this paper makes a theoretical discussion on the construction of circulation mechanism of rural land.The analysis involves the concepts, contents and targets of circulation system. Based on the land rent theory, land price theory and property theory, from microscopic, midscopic and macroscopic levels, a system which involves a combination of deployment by market and mediation by government, and assists by promoting mechanism has been analyzed, in addition, the suggestion on rural land circulation ,as the preliminary basis for government to formulate policies have also been made.
