Study On The China Amc Dealing With The Bad Capital

Based on the background of the foundation of AMC in China, this paper analyzes its necessary, and points out that one of the main purposes of AMC is how to deal with the bad capital of China抯 commercial banks. According to the facts that China must face with, how should we deal with these capitals? This paper analyses the models of AMC dealing with bad capital, including accepting and selling out these capitals. Furthermore, this paper also puts forwards that in order to run well with AMC, some measures need be taken in China. This paper consists six chapters: In the first chapter, the author analyzes the necessary of the foundation of AMC in China. The following chapter reviews the good experience of foreign AMC. Based on the first two chapters, the author concludes that it is very important for AMC to deal with the bad capital of commercial banks in China. The third chapter is most important in this paper. It deeply analyses the models of AMC dealing with the bad capital. Both accepting and selling these capitals are involved in this chapter. The forth and fifth chapter mainly point out that in order to make AMC work well, it is necessary for some measures to be taken. The author also analyses the measures included. Aiming at the present economic condition in China, the last chapter points out that only the improvement of the commercial banks in China can we avoid dealing with the bad capital once more. This chapter points out the main purpose of this paper.
