Property Management (PM) is a kind of new method of hOusing managment. Althoughjus startd in China in l98l, meently it has developed greatly With the development of PM,our cities hav taken on a new look. It is playing a very importan role in people's daily life.There are, however, som problems in PM, especially in PM for nsidential pers. So,the purpose of this thesis is to analyze the basic theory of PM in China. at the same time, usingsome relevant economic theory such as rights theory and Price theory and so on, to study thedeep reasons why the problems happened. At last, the thesis selected a proper mode for PM inorder that it can Promote its developmenThis thesis is divided into four sections as follows:The first Section, by analyzing the reason for PM and some basic coneption about PM,the thesis elaborate that PM is a new kind of method of housing managment suitable tomarket economics.The second Section, although PM is very Practical, it also need theory for guiding.
