| Aimed at turning power industry of China into market oriented system and accommodating it to the strategic requirement of the development of marketing and management of Tangshan New Township Thermal Power Plant, TXD ?B.JDSS system is conceived and designed first based on the concepts, features, research steps of decision support systems with references to successful experiences of domestic and foreign theoretical researches. This paper has had detailed analysis to the industrial circumstances, market nursing and renovation practices, and development trends, probed into the structure and function of the application of TXD ?BJDSS system, constructed four sub ?systems such as electric volume trading management, auxiliary price decision support, auxiliary control of cost and primary information management. Based on the above, this essay discussed the crucial technical points of Database, modeling system, network top structure and its system design and realization. Furthermore, it carried out relative project to the function modeling, information modeling and management modeling, and application exploration to its relative modeling theory and dynamic management research of modeling.
