Research On Developing Pattern Of Auto Parts And Components Circulation System

With the development of Chinese market economy, buyer market is maturing, commodity is difficult to sell, circulation industry is faced to great challenge. During the circulation of auto parts and components, the new market circulation system replaced the old plan circulation system. In this procedure, a serial of disorder appears. Circulation order is destroyed, fake and inkin auto parts and components is full of market, market competition fury, a good many of auto pat is and components businessmen especially lawful businessmen are in a bad way. The whole auto parts and components market present situation of scatter, disorder and bad, all this seriously restrict the development of auto industry which is one of the mainly industry in Chinese national economy, do harm to the people profit, waste the country resource and obstruct the development of national economy. With a view to solve actual problem, this paper studied problems relative to auto parts and components circulation. The paper comprises of two parts. In first parts, we analysis the current condition and characteristic of the auto parts and components circulation, on this basis, we then point out the reason of circulation chaos. We think the disorder involves macro-economics control, enterprise operation, circulation management system and emon principle which exits in auto parts and components circulation. We also think the forming of this phenomena is inevitable in consideration of the special background of our national auto industry development and our national economy system conversion. On the basis of the analysis of the first part, the second part aim to put forward countermeasure to improve the auto parts and components circulation. In a systemic view, as a complicated system, auto parts and components circulation system comprises a good many of factors. Management system, government industrial policy, market regulations system are its internal factors, developing trends of world auto industry, the level of economy development, national total economy system are its external factors. According to systemic theory, the characteristic and function of the system depend on its structure which is formed by the reciprocity of systemic factors. The system operation is not only restricted by environment but also restricted and determined by internal structure. The system keep well-balanced function while all the factors act in line. The present circulation status of auto parts and components can be explained as systemic function maladjustment, In order to improve systemic function, all the factors should be taken into consideration. That is to say, we should reform the internal factors under the environment exterior conditions. So, the second part of this paper studied the operation pattern, management system pattern, the related industrial policy, law and rules construction of the auto parts and components circulation. The paper put forward some countermeasures. The purpose is to change the present circulation state of auto parts and components, to re-build new market mechanism of auto parts and components circulation, to increase circulation efficiency of auto parts and components, andto clear obstruCtion so as to accelerate the whole auto industry development. In a word, theoptimization of auto parts and components circulation system is relative to all aspects. Only aharmonized reform can promote the optimization of the whole system.
