This article introduces the process of organization amalgamationbetween CCB GuangDong branch and GuangZhou branch, introduces thedifference of organization construction, administration, strategy, andstaff communication before and after the amalgamation.By using the theory about organization change, this article analyzes the change of organization construction, organization environment, and strategy, and finds out the difference of strategy, business process, work efficiency, and work specialism before and after the amalgamation, and the difference of the amalgamation between CCB and the other commercial banks. This article makes a point of the improvement of the new organization construction after the amalgamation and the development of future organization.
