The paper consists of two parts: the case introduction and the case analysis. In the first part, the case briefly introduces TCL Group, then it introduces the Group抯 culture, the history of TCL TV enterprises, the special business management, the strategy of the business, and the brief of it抯 conpetitors. In the end the paper puts forward the problems that the company is facing; In the second part, the case first tells the dominant economic features of China TV business, the key competitive factors, then it gives a detail analysis of the competitive situation of TCL and it抯 competitors. Based on the analysis, the paper makes a few suggestions about the strategy for TCL.
