Competitive Force Research Of Modern Commercial Bank

Competitive force is the ability with which one conduct body and other bodies strive for the same resource (or some same resources) .It can be deemed as the micro-behavior of a profit body.The micro-behavior not only depend on its own ability,but is also limited by its surroundings.Connotation of competitive force have both micro-behavior factors and macro-environment forces. The competitive force of commercial banks is the embody of their intergrated abilities.lt is the summation of the survial ability and persistent development ability that commercial banks put up when they face their adversaries in the market economy.lt is their expansion ability and innovation ability when they give attention to both their social duties and service for the public. Based on the modern west theory of competitive force,this dissertation sorted the competitive force of modern commercial banks into obvious competitive force and recessive competitive force.we initially conceived some methods about how to effectively improve the entirely competitive force of China commercial banks especially the competitive force of those state owned commercial banks in the condition of we having become one member of the WTO after we contrastively researched the distinction of competitive force between foreign commercial banks and China commercial banks and the distinction among different kinds of commercial banks in China.There are seven chapters in this dissertation.Chapter one,preface,we introduced the aim,the research method and the train of thoughts of the dissertation.Chapter two,the theory of competitive force and the the competitive theory of commercial banks.This chapter is the foundation of the whole dissertation.Beginning with the expatiating of the competition,we elicited the concept of competitive force.Then we recapitulatively discussed some relatively authoritative competitive theories of "World Economic Forum (WEF) " and "Poter Michael-a professor of Harvard University". We also discussed an improtant problem connected with enterprise competitive force-Nuclear competitive force of enterpnse.So we integrally discussed the theory of competitive force and could let readers know the difference and the relation between Competitive force and Nuclear competitive force.In the end of this chapter we discussed the Competitive force of commercial banks and pointed out the four parts included in the Competitive force of commercial banks.Chapter three,the research aim and quota of commercial bank competitive force.We first dissertated the sense of research about commercial banks compititive force,pointing out the main intention and object of our research.Then we listed the main commercial banks that we planed to research in China and overseas.We presented the target system of commercial bank competitive force and its subdivision.Finally we made some further explanation about the target system.Chapter four,analysis about the competitive force of commercial banks in China and overseas.First, we analyzed the entire circumstance about the development of commercial banks in China and overseas.Second,we mainly discussed the realistic competitive force of commercial banks in China and overseas.We analyzed the difference of competitive force between China commercial banks and foreign commercial banks.We also analyzed the reason about the difference.Chapter five,research about the competitive force of China commercial banks.First, we discussed the distinction and its reason of competitive position between state owned commercial banks and new join-stock commercial banks.Second,we discussed the distinction and its reason of realistic competitive force between the two kinds of commercial banks.Subsequendy, we studied the competitive force circumstance of commercial banks in Anhui province. We contrasted the competitive force of state owned commercial banks to that of the joint-stock commercial banks.
