Studies On Agricultural Technological Innovation And Fujian Agricultural Sustainable Development

Based on the theory of sustainable development, technological innovation and system economics, in the light of Fujian agricultural practices, this paper began with the relation between agricultural technological innovation and agricultural sustainable development, pointing out that the sustainable development of Fujian agriculture should depend on technological innovation and be guaranteed by system innovation.This paper continued with classification of technological innovation of agricultural sustainable development and the main factors limiting technological innovation, according to the connotation characteristics and aims of agricultural sustainable development. Then, in view of the effectiveness of technological investment in agricultural sustainable development, the lines of selection innovation and the methods of induction innovation, this paper put forwards technological innovation lines and induction innovation methods suitable for sustainable development of Fujian ? agriculture. In the end, this paper concluded that the realization of sustainable development of Fujian agriculture should from the macro-viewpoint, strengthen the guidance of agricultural policies and scientific policies; from the micro-viewpoint, deepen rural economic system reform and agricultural scientific system reform, rely on science and technology to promote the strategic measures of and available access to agricultural sustainable development. This paper consisted of fine parts. In the first part, the inevitable internal relations between agricultural technological innovation and agricultural sustainable development was expressed; The idea that agricultural sustainable development decided by Fujian agricultural resources should depend on technological innovation which was guaranteed by system innovation was analysed;The interact and dialectical unity relation among technological innovation, system innovation and agricultural sustainable development were clasified. In the second part, the connotation characteristics of main types and the main limiting factors of technological innovation in agricultural sustainable development in Fujian were explained. In the third part, the ways suitable for technological innovation of sustainable development in Fujian agriculture was put forwards in view of the effectiveness of technological investment in agricultural sustainable development and characteristics of technological innovation types. In the four part, the proposition that the government mechanism should guide the public activities of technological innovation and the market mechanism give impetus to the private activities of technological innovation. In the fifth part, the countermeasures and methods for realizing agricultural sustainable development in Fujian were put forward. It was believed that the promotion of agricultural sustainable development based on such important premise that, the macro-control policy guidance on agriculture and science should be strengthened, agricultural comparative benefits be heightened, and agricultural scientific input be increased.
