On The Legal Succor Of The Compulsory Education Rights

In this thesis, compulsory education fights refer to rights of children of the school age to receive compulsory education. Compulsory education rights have some characteristics, mainly include the integration of rights and duties, universalization, and compulsion. The main contents of compulsory education rights include: the right of equality, the right of free education, etc. children抯 compulsory education rights trend to be infringed, so it is necessary to construct a set of ways to protect them. The forms of infringement of compulsory education rights include: the infringement of the right to enter school equally, the infringement of the right to be educated in same conditions, the infringement of the right of free education, and the others. As for succoring the compulsory education rights by law, the first step is to make clear who will answer for it; the second step is to look for a way to succor them. Generally, we can take a choice between two ways: taking legal proceedings and administration succor. These two ways are discussed in concrete terms in this thesis. In the conclusion section, the author puts forward some advice to improve the relevant education law.
