The Choice Of Acceleration The Development Of The Regional Process And The Construction Of Development Park In Underdeveloped Regions

Based on the study of strategic theory of regional development and the choosing theory of spatial process together with the analyses of regional functions of development park, this paper inquires to how to help the underdeveloped region to choose the best regional economy-accelerating process and set up their own development parks with the focus on the Inland Mountain in Fujian. This paper originates from an intention to provide the economic development of the underdeveloped region and the establishment of development park with reference.Applying the balanced and unbalanced development theory, polarizing effect and spread effect theory, growth pole theory and the regional functions theory of development park to the actual situations of the Inland Mountain region in Fujian, the paper proposes that the regional economy-accelerating process of the above-mentioned region to set up a multi-functional developing system, which can be realized in the form of development park to push regional economy. Moreover the theories of development park are used to judge the thirteen development parks above the provincial level in the regions in question on the following four aspects: the principles of establishing development park; the conception of dimension and type; the spatial layout and location; development guidance and industry disposition.
