The Study On Stimulating Mechanism Of Agriculture Application Science Study Innovation

After the policy of the reform and opening, the market mechanism has been induced in our country agriculture science study system. In 1999, the government put forward the opinion that the agriculture application science study should corporatelization. But so far our country agriculture science study system is still government-induced and have so many defect that we have few important agriculture science innovation. In order to solve this problem, the paper put forward the idea of organization innovation and reform of system, making the agriculture corporation as the subject of innovation. This paper consists of six chapters.Chapter one. Introduction. This chapter included studying background, definition of the article, the research ideology, significance and method of this thesis.Chapter two. The basic theory of agriculture application science study innovation. Firstly, it studied the theory of system innovation and management innovation. Secondly compared the difference of agriculture science technology system between America and Japan.Chapter three. The reason analyses of lack activity of our country agriculture application science study expert According to the comparison of the above chapter, the author pointed out the merit of America and Japan. Then analyses the defect of our country agriculture science technology system .At last the author concluded that the agriculture corporation should be the subject of agriculture application science technology innovation. They can conquer the defect and contact the innovation with agriculture production closely.Chapter four. Organization innovation This chapter talked about the three ways oforganization innovation. In this three ways the author mainly analyses the ways of"agriculture science study unit plus agriculture corporation plus farmer" . Then it studiedthe operating mechanism of this ways .It included motivating mechanism, investmentmechanism and stimulating mechanism.Chapter five. System reform. This chapter talked about some policy that confirmed the realization of organization innovationChapter six The aim is to create a good environment for the innovation of agricultureapplication science study.
