The building industry is the important material product department of national economy and the industry's strut of the country .For example ,in the eighth Five course, the invest in capital asserts of our whole country forecast to be 6.16 trillion ,including building industry's 3.82 trillion account for 60% ,the invent has increased more recently. But for such a big market ,there is no independent price's management system for building price's which usually appertains to infrastructure expense management . Because of the long-term control of planned economy ,the building price has been calculated by the capital construction estimate ,budget and quota unit price in our country .This high centralized planned price's management doesn't reflect the value and does not adapt to the require of market economy, which restrains the energetic and creativity of building enterprise and affects the development of building industry and the whole national economy .Especially With the entering WTO day by day ,economic development in our country and the unceasing penetrating of reform and the opening to the outside world ,our contract work to foreign and foreign contracted project will increase. The international usage will become the fundamental criterion of calculating the building price . The old building price's management system is much different with the international usage .It is a important problem to set up the new management system adapting to the market economy and jointing to the international routine.In consideration of these problems above , the writer put forward the assume of the reform of building price's valuation , combining the practice of the present building price's valuation and employing the method of uniting theory with practice . Firstly, this article elaborate the notion of the building price and its management by contrasting the building with industrial product . Secondly,analyze the present situation of the building price's management and contract with the foreign building price's management .At the basis of these ,the writer point out the malpractice of the present building price's management and put forward the necessary of reform.. In addition the writer analyze several problems related to the building price's management .Lastly, put forward the target ,procedure and content of reform .The key of this article is the reform of building price's management . The writer hope that this article puts forward the foundation for our building price valuation linking with the international usage in theory and practice .
