The Study On Sustainable Development Structure Model Of Human Settlement For Residential Quarter & Its Application

In these years when we solve residential quarter(RQ) successfully and change the appearance of cities rapidly , the environmental problems become more and more serious, such as energy consumption's increasing, cultivated lands' reducing and natural resources' being destroyed. This paper points out sustainable development for human settlement of residential quarter(SDHSRQ) in order to support the sustainable development(SD) for urban settlement from the basic residential unit.First, this paper deeply analyzes the human settlement(HS) system for RQ by systematic principle and knowledge, and describes the systematic concept, character and environmental situation in detail, and presents the developmental object of the system, that is SD.Based on the principles of SD and systematic comprehensiveness, this paper sets up the structure model of SDHSRQ, and discusses each factor that affects HSRQ from four aspects: ecological, social, economic and technological environments , in order to offer a decision basis of the planning and designing in earlier stage of constructing RQ, as well as persuadable reference for project evaluation of RQ having been built.At last, the model is applied to the investigation and the analysis of the HSRQ situation in different level in Chengdu, based on which, this paper puts forward some points and advice on the problem and solution of these RQ. It also discusses concretely some factors of HSRQ construction, such as virescencing environment, designing for the aged, decreasing the use of natural resources and intelligentized realization.
