The Research On Spatial Development Model Of Residential Areas In Big Cities

Residential area is an important part of the city. By discussing the evolving mechanism and trend of the residential area deeply, residential spatial structure will be optimized and the urban function can be carried out smoothly, which can help make good use of urban land, to guide the urban to develop orderly. Present residential construction appeared different types, and the polarization of residential spatial structure becomes more and more obvious. The research should be carried on deeply so that new residential development model can be come up with according to the demand of our society, by which the wide citizen can enjoy more excellent living condition, improve people's living quality, accelerate the intercourse and crasis and keep the society harmony and stability.This paper was one kind of theory research, which paid more attention on the residential development model in new period from the microcosmic and macrocosmic viewpoint. In general, it discussed the residential spatial development model of urban residential area in following aspects.(1) The research achievements of civil and aboard on the residential development model are generalized systematically, from which we can find the good ideas about the residential development model in theory and practices. Then we can explore the main research thoughts and methods.(2) On the basis of the retrospect on the evolving process of residential development model, the influence factors and evolving mechanism were discussed, from which we can master evolving law of residential area in a macrocosmic scope.(3) By introducing many cases about the development model in Guangzhou city, the successful experience and deficiency of present development model are generalized, then it put up with the optimized direction of the residential development model in big cities.(4) In order to optimize the residential space, it deeply discussed the residential development model in the future, including spatial conformation, spatial geography, spatial structure and exploiture model of residential area in the future. Among them, ecological island residential area is not only the elite of this paper but also the innovation.(5) The deep and systematic statement was carried out surrounding ecological island residential area. It analyzed the feasibility of ecological island residential area, discussed the systematic formation of ecological island residential area and planned the ecological island residential area systematically.(6) Ecological island residential area model was modified according to the questionnaire and actuality, putting up with several variant models suitable to the actuality. Finally it put up with some measures and suggestion in order to carry out the development model of ecological island residential area smoothly.
