Study On Coordinated Development Of Agricultural Natural Resources Exploitation And Environmental Capacity

With the progress of human society and rapid development of science and technolo~? the human ability of conquering and remaking nature has been steadily on the increase. At the same time, the excessive exploitation of natural resources and environmental destruction and pollution has led to the fact that sustainable development of agriculture, to a larger extent, depends on the quantity and quality of natural resointes . It also involves whether the environment can endure mankind抯 ever梚ncreasing desire for developing economy. Thus the problem of environmental capacity has become one of the most important factors which restrict sustainable development of social economy Especially the coordinated development of agricultural natural resources exploitation and environmental capacity must be inevitable choice of agricultural sustainable developmentThe author defined basic concepts of agricultural natural resources and environmental capacity. She formulated the concept, objective and appraising index system of compound ecosystem of sustainable agriculture by absorbing the new vie~points of such fields as physical resource science, environmental economy and development science and applying fundamental principles of systematic science. She also expounded and proved the general stmte~? supporting system and countermeasures of coordinated development of Heilongjiang provincial agiicultura] resources and environmental capacity based on the fact that the natural resources are facing deteriorating trend in the province.
