Heilongjiang Province Agricultural Development And The Environmental Study

On the basis of systematic analyses of natural resources, agricultural development and ecological environment construction, study on the approach and measure of ecological region assignment, agricultural sustainable development has been carried out so as to solve the actual problem of agricultural development and environment construction in Heilongjiang. Results indicate ecological forestry construction has an important effect on the production and development of territorial agriculture. Therefore, the focus of agricultural ecological environment construction is to carry on the forestry ecological engineering construction with woody plants as the main topic. Heilongjiang may be divided into 2 climatic belts, 4 ecological areas and 7 agricultural ecological regions, that is, the north ecological region in Daxing'anling hills in the cold temperate humid zone, the upland ecological regions of Xiaoxing'anling and Zhangguangcailing hills in the temperate humid zone, the eastern upland ecological region in the temperate semi-humid zone, the low-even ecological region in Sanjiang Plain, the ecological region in Songnen Upland Plain, and the western ecological region of Songnen Plain in the temperate semiarid zone. Founding green food base to develop green industry is the total objective of the agricultural development in Heilongjiang. Thus, developing deeply green food industry, hastening to establish ternary plating structure of foodstuff, economic and feed plants, accelerating stockbreeding construction, expanding produce processing, optimizing county economy structure, advancing quality produce and agricultural industrialization management, and boosting agricultural standardization as well as agricultural basic construction have beendetermined as the agricultural development centre in Heilongjiang; the total objective is, on the basis of strengthening ecological environment conservation, to carry mainly on 5 ecological engineering constructions, sift and put forward 4 patterns and technological systems suitable for the ecological environment construction in our province. Above all, this study can not only provide academic foundation for the ecological environment construction and conservation as well as the territorial agricultural sustainable development but also offer maneuverable countermeasure to changing Heilongjiang from a agricultural province to a ecological one.
